3. Create a username and select Student at University of California, Davis 

4. Accept this Membership and Continue 

5. Fill out the Following Account Information 

6. Accept the Terms of Use and Submit 

7. Fill out the billing/payment section 

8. Please send the receipt to AscendUCD@gmail.com
